About the position Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations of portfolio, including all aspects of property management, to ensure smooth tenant relations and efficient operations of portfolio. • Manage financial operations of the portfolio, including accounting and financial reporting, scheduled reporting requirements, reconciliation of financial statements and operating expenses, rent collection, and development of operating budgets. • Develop and mentor the property management team as part of talent development for continued and future growth. • Direct and manage facilities maintenance, tenant improvement, and capital projects, adhering to maintenance schedule, timeline, and budget accordingly. • Manage third-party vendors, including building engineers and on-site contractors. • Participate in property operations set-up, to include back-of-the house operations, major building equipment commissioning, and operations and engineering team oversight. • Comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. • Engage, communicate, and build relationships with tenants, and address concerns or requests in a timely manner. • Collaborate closely with regional team, supporting projects, tours, and tenant engagement requests as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate with experience. • Minimum 7 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate experience required. • Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex building and management systems. • Strong operations experience, knowledge, and experience with full life cycle of building preferred. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly collaborative and experience managing and coaching direct reports. • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills required. • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
