Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Senior QA Project Manager, Games, to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive the testing process for our games. As a Senior QA Project Manager, Games, you'll be responsible for managing and executing testing programs, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality game releases. Key Responsibilities Own and execute program liability and requirements for specific activities or projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Frame the cost, scope, and time required for specific drives, and provide detailed project plans. Work with partners to align with cross-functional teams in carrying out projects or drives, ensuring seamless execution. Own and be responsible for providing detailed data and information back to leadership and management, framing the effectiveness of new drives or projects. Propose innovative ideas and processes to improve work speed and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks. Guarantee the successful execution of tasks according to plan, alongside escalations to functional support or QA leadership as needed. Track game imperfections and errors within our pipeline to ensure they're resolved. Check bug fixes and guarantee that our database is up-to-date. Work with engineering and development teams to identify requirements and develop test plans. Define test coverage, create and maintain experiments, report test results, and assess readiness to deliver throughout the software development lifecycle. Provide subjective feedback to the development team regarding player experience and usability. Epitomize dependability, responsibility, and professionalism in all business-related interactions. Requirements Essential Qualifications Energy for games with a commitment to quality. Extraordinary iOS/Android testing experience. Master knowledge of technical requirements, tools, and processes. Experience translating requirements into effective experiments. Capability with Jira, Intersection, or similar defect-tracking software. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience working in the gaming industry. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience with test automation frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
