Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical domains, with prior experience at Cardinal Health being a plus.
- Required Skills:
- 10+ years of total IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma) is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations.
- Lead end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers.
- Develop and maintain system integrations with third-party platforms (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support post-deployment.
