Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior SBA Loan Closer. They continue to see typical SBA loans for construction, real estate, equipment finance and lines of credit, and need experienced SBA Loan Closers.
You will work with the team to prepare loan approval packages & gather documentation for closing & preparation of funding packages. As well, you will also break down the loan packages into collateral and credit files, meet closing production schedules and complete appropriate checklists.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 or more years working as an SBA Closer, preferably 5+ years
Has worked with SBA 7(a) loans
Has worked with the 10 Tabs SBA processing
Understand bank and compliance laws
Be able to prioritize well during busy work days
