Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to achieve fast and sustainable ranking improvements in highly competitive and high‑risk industries.
• Go beyond standard link‑building methods by planning and managing alternative link acquisition, network building, and authority‑building strategies.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, keyword positioning reviews, and SERP movement tracking, and prepare actionable traffic and performance reports.
• Closely monitor Google algorithm updates, manual action risks, and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with technical SEO, content, and development teams to manage end‑to‑end SEO processes.
• Develop and execute strategies to suppress, demote, or outperform malicious or impersonating websites that negatively impact the companys online presence.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of advanced SEO experience with proven, measurable traffic growth.
• Strong command of specialized and aggressive SEO methods used in highly competitive industries.
• Advanced knowledge and hands‑on experience with the following tools and techniques:
  • Google Analytics & Google Search Console
  • Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
  • Technical SEO analysis tools
  • Advanced SEO tactics such as PBN structures, link networks, cloaking, and link schemes
• Strong knowledge of WordPress setup, configuration, and management, including theme, plugin, performance, and security optimization.
• Experience in strategic SEO defense and counter‑measures against impersonation/clone sites, negative SEO attempts, and brand infringement.
• Proficiency in managing server, domain, and website operations through hosting control panels such as cPanel and Plesk.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to work independently with high discipline and a strong results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

• Reference projects or case studies demonstrating significant traffic growth from scratch.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including:
  • Schema markup
  • Page speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Indexing strategies
  • Crawl budget management
