About the Role This opportunity brings experienced engineers into collaboration with leading AI research labs to help improve next-generation developer tools and intelligent systems used at scale. Position: Senior Software Engineer Compensation: $50β$150/hour (based on experience) Role Responsibilities β’ Use advanced AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering work β’ Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code and technical outputs β’ Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, reliability, and performance β’ Partner with AI research teams to iterate on tools, workflows, and evaluation methods β’ Work independently and asynchronously while meeting quality and delivery standards Ideal Profile β’ 5+ years of professional software engineering experience β’ Strong proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ β’ Experience with code reviews, debugging, testing, and system design β’ Comfortable working with technical documentation and providing precise feedback β’ Prior experience with large codebases or open-source projects is a plus Application Process (Takes 20β30 minutes) β’ Upload your resume β’ Complete a short AI interview based on your experience β’ Submit the application form Apply tot his job
