Our team of experts is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. **The Role** As a Senior Strategy Consultant on our Customer Value Advisory Finance & Risk team, you'll play a critical role in shaping client value propositions, leading strategic initiatives, and supporting delivery across complex transformation programs. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency * Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps, leveraging your expertise in finance and risk management * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and architecture, to deliver seamless solutions * Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions, to ensure successful outcomes * Contribute to internal capability building and team development, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues * Bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance, and risk management, helping to shape the future of banking * Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering, driving innovation and growth **Job Location** This is a remote-first role based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia, or Romania.
