    Skills
  • US Citizenship (required for client-issued Public Trust)
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain analysis, modeling, and optimization
  • Experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, transportation, and network optimization
  • Proficiency with supply chain simulation and optimization tools (e.g., AnyLogistix, Llamasoft, AIMMS, or similar)
  • Expertise in software applications like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, and supply chain management platforms
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus
  • Strong experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) for modeling, analysis, and visualization
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, production, distribution, logistics)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong business writing skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our modeling and analysis portfolio, collaborating with national lab experts and DOE Program Offices
  • Implement modeling approaches and insights from various clean energy supply chain models (batteries, critical materials, rare earths, etc.)
  • Use your technical background in analytical modeling and energy technologies (batteries, grid technologies, solar/PV, wind, and more) along with quantitative and qualitative data to inform new priorities and development
  • Critique and improve existing analytical approaches, identifying synergies and adapting models for accuracy and extensibility
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across DOE, including technology program offices and overarching offices, to support project deliverables and build consensus
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields
