- Skills
- US Citizenship (required for client-issued Public Trust)
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain analysis, modeling, and optimization
- Experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, transportation, and network optimization
- Proficiency with supply chain simulation and optimization tools (e.g., AnyLogistix, Llamasoft, AIMMS, or similar)
- Expertise in software applications like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, and supply chain management platforms
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus
- Strong experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) for modeling, analysis, and visualization
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, production, distribution, logistics)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong business writing skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our modeling and analysis portfolio, collaborating with national lab experts and DOE Program Offices
- Implement modeling approaches and insights from various clean energy supply chain models (batteries, critical materials, rare earths, etc.)
- Use your technical background in analytical modeling and energy technologies (batteries, grid technologies, solar/PV, wind, and more) along with quantitative and qualitative data to inform new priorities and development
- Critique and improve existing analytical approaches, identifying synergies and adapting models for accuracy and extensibility
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across DOE, including technology program offices and overarching offices, to support project deliverables and build consensus
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields

- Experience Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, modeling, and optimization across various functions
