Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, maintain, and support ICT infrastructure including:Firewalls, Networks, Windows / Linux (RHEL / Ubuntu / CentOS) Servers, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Storage, Backup Solutions
Cloud Platforms:Microsoft Azure, AWS
Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and power maintenance across customer infrastructure.Deliver end-to-end infrastructure services including requirements gathering, solutioning, implementation, and post-deployment support.Lead or participate in infrastructure projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations, new environment setup), including UAT and go-live support.Provide support and implementation for bothon-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.Ensure infrastructure performance, availability, and service levels through proactive monitoring and SLA adherence.Maintain accurate and timely updates of incidents using the incident management tool.Manage IT asset inventory and software license compliance.Participate in and supportDR/BCP testingand other IT governance activities.Deliverexcellent customer serviceto both internal and external stakeholders.Provide basic IT training and awareness to end users when needed.Permanentnight shiftschedule Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experiencein IT infrastructure support, preferably in aSystem Integrator / IT services environment.Proven experience in:Windows Server administration (2012 to 2025)Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-VMicrosoft Azure / AWS servicesNetwork and firewall configurationStorage and backup solution managementStrong understanding of server and network fundamentalsExcellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize independently.Strong communication and project coordination skills, both verbal and written.Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
