Our client, a leading technology firm experiencing rapid expansion, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources department. This fully remote position offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our client's workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various disciplines. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role is crucial for fueling our client's growth and success in the competitive tech landscape. Responsibilities: Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and more. Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and talent requirements. Conduct in-depth candidate screening, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews. Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to offer. Negotiate and extend job offers, working closely with HR and compensation teams. Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in virtual career fairs and recruitment events. Stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies, trends, and best practices in tech recruiting. Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes and talent management initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment. Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting niche technical talent. Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools. Excellent understanding of various technology stacks and engineering roles. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) recruiting strategies is a plus. This role is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the US.
