Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement management and leadership training programs, sessions, and initiatives that drive business results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent development needs and recommend high-impact solutions
- Facilitate instructor-led training, virtual online sessions, webinars, and blended learning journeys
- Establish and maintain a high-performance culture, coaching, mentoring, and training specialists and facilitators
- Analyze system data, track learner satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work with external vendors to provide resources, services, and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Master's Degree preferred
- Normal office environment with limited travel and occasional irregular schedules
