- Collect and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights
- Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business reports
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning processes
- Collaborate with the Controls team and other teams to resolve data-related issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Design, Implement, and Integrate technology solutions
- Mentor and develop junior staff on development of reports
- Assist with Business Process development regarding data gathering and analysis
- Requirements:
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Ability to work with large complex data models
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI is strongly preferred, but similar alternatives may be considered)
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, organize, and set priorities and make timely decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong Power BI (or similar) experience is required
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction) is preferred
