JURISolutions is seeking a
Senior Toxic Tort Attorney for our law firm client (8+ years of relevant experience in toxic tort and/or product liability experience) (Permanent, full-time, remote) Ideal Candidates Will Have
The Following • 8+ years of experience working on the defense of civil litigation matters, including toxic tort or products liability matters • Significant experience managing cases, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial • Proficient in taking lead on depositions and working with experts • Ability to work independently without supervision • Experience supervising and mentoring associates on matters • Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed • Trial experience is a plus, but not necessary • Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Compensation and classification are based on the extent of directly relevant legal experience.

Compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers a competitive salary range, starting at $170,000 annually. Apply tot his job
