JURISolutions is seeking a
Senior Toxic Tort Attorney for our law firm client (8+ years of relevant experience in toxic tort and/or product liability experience) (Permanent, full-time, remote) Ideal Candidates Will Have
The Following β’ 8+ years of experience working on the defense of civil litigation matters, including toxic tort or products liability matters β’ Significant experience managing cases, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial β’ Proficient in taking lead on depositions and working with experts β’ Ability to work independently without supervision β’ Experience supervising and mentoring associates on matters β’ Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed β’ Trial experience is a plus, but not necessary β’ Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California β’ Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Compensation and classification are based on the extent of directly relevant legal experience.

Compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers a competitive salary range, starting at $170,000 annually. Apply tot his job
