The SEO Analyst will drive organic visibility and growth for partners by leveraging technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven search optimization. Responsibilities Conduct AI visibility audits to understand how our content is represented in AI-driven search experiences and identify opportunities for improvement Perform technical SEO audits, including reviewing site architecture, crawl/indexation, site speed, and structured data, and other technical issues Support content optimization by partnering with content creators to improve headers, meta tags, internal linking, and structured elements (like schema markup) to enhance discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search platforms Conduct keyword and topic research to identify search visibility opportunities, including estimates of traffic sizing and scope for new client engagements or content initiatives across traditional and AI-driven platforms Track and report on core SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversions), sharing actionable insights with the team Assist in the development of link-building/outreach strategies: identify high-potential opportunities, coordinate execution, monitor link profile health Keep up to date with evolving SEO/AI search trends and apply learnings to daily work as appropriate.

Support experiments that track how brand content surfaces in AI discovery engines and retrieval systems Engage in occasional client-facing work: present findings, performance reports, and strategic recommendations in meetings or calls; collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify goals and priorities Collaborate cross-functionally with B2B, partner marketing, content, UX, analytics, paid media, teams to embed SEO and AI-search best practices throughout processes Perform other SEO-related duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving team and client needs Skills Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably agency) Ability to diagnose and act on issues with site architecture, crawl/indexation, basic understanding of structured data, schema markup, and how AI systems interpret content Demonstrable content and on-page SEO experience: keyword research, mapping to content, internal linking, metadata, etc Hands-on experience using SEO tools (e.g., bolthires Analytics/GA4, bolthires Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc) Experience reporting on and analyzing SEO performance metrics (e.g., traffic, ranking, conversions) and making recommendations Strong communication and collaboration skills Active curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI-driven discovery and emerging search platforms (bolthires SGE, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, etc.) Agency background (you've worked across different clients/verticals) Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc) and working with developers Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics Hands-on experimentation with AI-driven visibility — understanding how content appears in generative search, knowledge graphs, or conversational AI systems Benefits Hybrid work arrangement Parental leave Health insurance FSA HSA Dental Short-term and long-term disability 401k with an employer match vested immediately A generous PTO plan that accrues with tenure
