About Us: We run an e-commerce brand in the gaming + TCG accessories space and want to enter 2026 with a clear, data-driven plan. Our products include premium deck boxes, sleeves, playmats, and gaming accessories designed for MTG, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and similar communities. What We’re Looking For: We need someone who can take a deep look at our entire business and produce a complete audit and strategy roadmap for 2026. This includes reviewing our website performance, product positioning, branding, customer journey, conversion issues, pricing, fulfillment, content, and marketing systems.
The goal is to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where the highest-value opportunities are. Key Areas to Audit: Website performance and CRO, customer behavior, email and SMS flows, ad account structure, creatives, landing pages, analytics setup, backend operations, fulfillment, product lineup, and offer structure. We want real insights, not generic advice. Research We Need: Competitor research in the TCG accessories space, keyword and SEO research for our category, audience insights, and identification of new product or market opportunities.
We want to know where the industry is heading and how we can position ourselves ahead of it. Strategy for 2026: A clear, actionable plan for scaling: product development ideas, brand positioning recommendations, channel expansion (US, Canada, EU), marketing priorities, realistic revenue targets, creative strategy direction, and operational improvements. The plan should show exactly where to focus time, budget, and resources. AI Tools & Workflow Recommendations: Suggestions for AI tools that can automate parts of our workflow (content, creative support, operations, customer service, analytics).
We want to streamline the business and build stronger systems for growth. What You Should Have: Strong experience with Shopify brands, data analysis, market research, and strategy building.
