We are a new U.S.-based local business focused on buying residential land and vacant lots. Our website has just launched and we’re looking for an experienced SEO and Facebook Ads expert to help us start generating leads.
We want someone who can set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ads, improve our website SEO so motivated land sellers can find us, and help build a simple but effective marketing strategy for a brand-new business. Experience with real estate marketing, local lead generation, and conversion-focused landing pages is a big plus.
This is for a U.S.-based freelancer only. No agencies please. We are looking for someone reliable who can help us get our first campaigns live quickly and optimize them for real seller leads.
If you have experience driving leads for real estate, land buyers, or local service businesses, please include examples of campaigns or results you’ve achieved.
