- Ensure end-to-end high quality execution, coordination, issue resolution and delivery of contracted services
- Responsible for the delivery experience for clients
- Execute contracted advisory services including advisory discussions and urgent support requests
- Coordinate logistics and delivery for client summits and meetings in partnership with Solution leadership
- Improve and implement enhancements to delivery and operational processes
- Accountable for the credibility and quality of client deliverables through data collection and analysis support
- Maintain engagement timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate resources across multiple concurrent projects
- Monitor data collection and tracking systems for ongoing benchmark initiatives
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 8-10+ years’ experience in providing related services and/or products to the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated track record of strong client relationship management
- Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and service design
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Project Management experience in overseeing or contributing to complex projects
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation communication skills
- This position may require local, regional and/or national travel up to approximately 10% of the time
