Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking a Service Professional for their IRA team located in St. Cloud. This role involves providing operational support and world-class customer service to clients, while cultivating meaningful connections and addressing queries regarding brokerage operations and advisory accounts.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating meaningful connections with advisors, their teams, and clients to foster continuing relationships
- Establishing oneself as the primary point of contact for advisorsβ clients, providing comprehensive guidance throughout their journey, assuming responsibility from inception to successful resolution
- Proficiently addressing queries regarding brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business, spanning from assisting with new account setup to managing transactions and servicing requirements
- Empowering advisors with exceptional support, harnessing innovative technologies to optimize their productivity and achievements
- Efficiently utilize our advanced CRM tool to meticulously record and track service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up
- Provide in person/virtual training to clients and advisors, as well as may provide training to peers as necessary
