Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Cybersecurity Professional with strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience to support the ongoing maturation of a global cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance platform.
This role partners with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to translate GRC requirements into Agile delivery within the ServiceNow IRM platform.
The ideal candidate has strong ServiceNow IRM/GRC expertise, cybersecurity risk experience, and Agile project delivery skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and compliance teams to ensure GRC requirements are implemented within ServiceNow IRM.
- Translate technical cybersecurity risks into business-focused insights and action plans.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with GRC initiatives.
- Remove obstacles that impact team productivity and sprint delivery.
- Support third-party risk management and vendor security assessment processes.
- Maintain clear documentation and stakeholder communication across global teams.
- Track Agile performance metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress.
- Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, specifically with:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Experience working in Cybersecurity, Information Security Risk, or IT Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Experience with vendor security assessments and third-party risk management.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Cybersecurity certification such as:
- CISSP
- CISA
- CISM
- or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
- Ability to translate technical security risks into business language for stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field.
