Job Description
I’m building a presentation for a workshop focused on ServiceNow’s new Virtual Agent and Now Assist AI features. I need someone familiar with ServiceNow (especially Virtual Agent, GenAI, and LLM capabilities) to help me structure the deck, refine messaging, and guide what should be said on each slide.
This is less about flashy design and more about understanding the content and helping communicate it clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
Review my existing notes and draft materials
Read and understand ServiceNow documentation on Virtual Agent and Now Assist AI
Organize content into a logical presentation flow
Advise on what to say on each slide to explain the concepts confidently
Light PowerPoint edits to improve structure and readability (design help is secondary)
Requirements:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow—especially Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and GenAI-related features
Ability to distill technical concepts into workshop-ready language
Experience building or guiding presentations for internal enablement or client demos
PowerPoint proficiency (just enough to clean up the visuals)
Deliverables:
Structured and clarified PowerPoint deck
Suggested talking points or speaker notes for each slide
