About the position
As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will lead store operations during your shifts, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience while working alongside a team of baristas. Requirements
Ā Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year.

Ā Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with customers.

Ā At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.

Ā Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Ā Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
