- Own Shopify integrations and merchant onboarding - from install to live campaigns
- Help brands build flows to collect customer content, reviews, and feedback (photos, videos, testimonials, NPS)
- Set up and optimise incentivised loops - reward customers for content, reviews, and engagement
- Create high-converting Shopify journeys - post-purchase, landing pages, and retention flows
- Implement Apple Wallet and Google Wallet experiences - loyalty cards, rewards, and contact capture
- Turn successful setups into repeatable playbooks and feed insights back into product
- Requirements:
- Strong experience with Shopify - apps, themes, and merchant workflows
- Proven ability to sell and onboard technical tools with non-technical teams
- Solid understanding of ecommerce growth - acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Experience with customer generated content, reviews, or feedback tools
- Able to build end-to-end flows - content, reviews, feedback, and incentivised engagement
- Clear communicator with a practical, outcome-focused approach
- Independent and comfortable working in an early-stage environment
