I run a gaming-focused bolthires channel and I'm looking for a creative writer to help me scale up my short form content. This is a long-term role- I've worked with my current team members for 3-8 months each, and I'm hoping to build something similar here. What you'll do: Generate batches of short form video ideas (20-30+ at a time), either original concepts or "yoink and twist" adaptations of trending formats you find performing well on bolthires Once I approve ideas from each batch, write full scripts for the selected ones bolthires output: scaling up to 30 scripts per month Content will be posted primarily on bolthires Shorts, cross-posted to TikTok and Instagram Reels Current focus area:
The Fallout Games and Elder Scrolls.
What I'm looking for: Someone who understands short form pacing and hooks, and rehooks. Ability to bolthires trends and adapt them to gaming content Reliable communication and turnaround Willingness to study my existing content (My last 10 shorts as reference) Open to developing our collaborative style as we go
