- Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Respond quickly to all client inquiries (calls, texts, and emails) to maintain top-tier client service standards. ,
- Scheduling: Coordinate with clients, agents, and sellers to schedule showings. ,
- Lead Generation & Sales: Follow up on leads, set appointments, execute consultations, and close deals.
- Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License is required. ,
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but training is provided for suitable candidates. ,
- Strong communication skills for clear and timely client follow-up. ,
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ,
- Tech-savvy and able to learn real estate-specific CRM systems and lead generation tools.
