As a Signage Manager, you will manage signage design standards and execution for new builds and remodels, ensuring that signage aligns with branding and construction requirements while enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities Coordinate signage across multiple real estate projects, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure everything from design to permitting to installation stays on track Manage and evolve signage design standards in alignment with brand and construction requirements Coordinate with external design consultants on signage concepts and execution Oversee signage permitting and maintain project schedules across multiple developments Track timelines and ensure signage aligns with overall construction schedules Review construction documents to confirm feasibility, utilities, and placement accuracy Lead cross-functional meetings to align on signage needs, timelines, and project progress Skills 1–3 years of experience in signage, design, construction, or project coordination, with exposure to real estate or multi-site projects Experience working with permitting processes and timelines, ideally across multiple jurisdictions or projects Ability to read and review construction documents, identifying potential conflicts or gaps before they become issues Proven experience coordinating with external vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously The Maverik Spirit – you're a clear communicator, team player, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite Background in retail, fuel/convenience, or multi-site development environments Familiarity with signage fabrication, installation, or environmental graphics Benefits Full Health, Dental, and Vision Package with company contribution to cost In-Store and Fuel Discounts Retirement plan with company match (401K) Eligible for the annual incentive bonus program Profit Sharing: When Maverik succeeds, so do you.
