Job Title: Sitecore Architect
Location: Remote
Job Type: 6-12+ Months

Architecting and delivering complex technical solutions
Leading technical project teams of 3-5+ developers, delivering both on time and within budget
Effectively leading technical discovery engagements
Giving technical presentations and conveying best of breed web application knowledge to clients
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to complete specific project milestones by strict deadlines
Must be able to effectively multi-task
Mentoring and leading technical implementation team of 5+ Software Engineers
Working closely with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements
An experienced Sitecore solution architect/lead with strong implementation/upgrade experience
Familiarity with end-to-end configuration and deployment, integration, end-to-end template configuration, and search is necessary
Experience with Sitecore CEP 6.5 and up and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Demonstrated experience in designing/developing large, transactional, enterprise class systems
Experienced in configuration and customization in Sitecore
Knowledge of SVN, TFS, Git and understands difference between distributed version control
Comfort in working with offshore and remote teams a must
Support the Sitecore platform at large in the event of production issues
Develop high quality code that has minimal interruption to the production environment and meets project deadlines
Create, document, and communicate on solution designs with the team and architect and seeks feedback as work is completed
Set and document technology standards and best practices and ensures the solutions adhere to these standards
Assist with implementing reliable automated test cases in order to ensure application quality and stability
Follow processes and guidelines for risk management, security policies, and change management
Work with the business content product owners/architects, content management team members in implementing the CMS/Search applications
Align content management capabilities to support new technical framework for web sites, emerging enterprise-wide content and search business needs.
