SOC Analyst for Fortune 100 Healthcare Company / REMOTE - Motion Recruitment - Woonsocket, RI - work from home job Company: Motion Recruitment Job description: We are partnered with one of the biggest healthcare companies in the US for a SOC Analyst in the Security Operations Department. You will be the first line of defense for all things information security. You will help monitor and respond to security alerts by performing log analysis investigations. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position that is 100% remote.
Candidates must be local to the US. Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of IT experience • 1+ year of SOC/cyber security experience • Hands on with modern SIEM tools • Understandings of Windows and SQL • Experience with networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, etc) • Experience with firewalls, scanners, malware, and vulnerability tools Desired Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related STEM major • Experience in an MSP/enterprise setting is a plus
