The Social & Influencer Strategist supports the execution, coordination, and delivery of the brand’s social and influencer ecosystem, ensuring timelines are met and campaigns launch seamlessly across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of social content and influencer initiatives across evergreen, campaign, and reactive moments
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, publishing workflows, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery
- Track influencer contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and rollout schedules; ensure all obligations are fulfilled
- Assist in content creation where needed (concepting, filming, editing, trend adaptation), bringing a creator’s mindset to the team
- Monitor social platforms daily to identify emerging trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments; proactively surface opportunities
- Support management of the editorial calendar and ensure content is properly tagged, organized, and distributed
- Build and maintain trackers, templates, and organizational systems that improve workflow clarity and efficiency
- Pull performance data and identify early engagement signals across platforms
- Create reporting decks, campaign recaps, and performance summaries that translate metrics into clear insights
- Synthesize trend insights and audience sentiment into actionable recommendations for the Senior Manager and Head of Social & Influencer
- Support community management and monitor audience feedback, flagging risks and opportunities
Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong platform fluency
- Ability to spot emerging trends early
- Experience in coordinating timelines, approvals, publishing workflows, and cross-functional communication
- Ability to track influencer contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and rollout schedules
- Experience in content creation (concepting, filming, editing, trend adaptation)

- Experience in managing an editorial calendar and ensuring content is properly tagged, organized, and distributed
