Salary: $7,200- $8,000 per month 100% remote role We're seeking a motivated self-starter to develop and manage our social media and community across all platforms (mainly Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord/Reddit). You'll work closely with Go-to-Market and Creative teams, as well as freelance content creators to plan, develop, and execute content that drives engagement. Using data-driven insights, you'll optimize content strategy and grow our brand presence. This Role Is Perfect For You If: β’ You're passionate about music and building community through social β’ You're hyper-creative, confident, and maybe even a little weird β’ You have a strategic approach to content planning and optimization β’ You're skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment β’ You want to shape brand presence and culture across social and community platforms β’ You know how to interact with different audience niches within a brand What You'll Do: β’ Develop and execute platform-specific campaign strategies that support GTM initiatives β’ Oversee content ideation, planning, creation, and distribution across all channels β’ Manage the social media and community calendars β’ Generate performance reports and data-insights β’ Optimize social media and community activity based on KPIs β’ Manage relationships with creators and influencers in collaboration with our Artist Relations team β’ Identify opportunities to grow brand affinity and curate community culture β’ Monitor social trends and identify opportunities β’ Collaborate with Creative team on creative deliverables, video/photo editing What You'll Need: β’ 3-5+ years experience in social media and community management with experience supporting product launches or GTM initiatives β’ A track record of growing brand presence on social platforms β’ Understanding of marketing fundamentals and how social media fits into the broader marketing funnel β’ Experience with social media analytics and KPIs β’ Proficiency with social media software (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Metricool preferred) β’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills β’ Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Contract Details: β’ 40 hours/ week β’ 6 month contract Apply tot his job
