Requirements Plan & Execute Campaigns: Assist in crafting creative social media campaigns across Instagram , LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms . Content Creation: Help design graphics, reels, short videos, posts, and copywriting aligned with Acowale’s brand identity. Trend Analysis: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour to bring innovative content ideas to the team. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and spark authentic conversations . Marketing Support: Assist in email marketing, newsletter campaigns, content scheduling , and reporting performance metrics. Analytics & Optimization: Track post performance, analyse insights, and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and conversions . Learning & Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, and Product Teams to understand campaign strategy and branding. What You Bring Passion for marketing , social media, and storytelling . Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools . Basic skills in graphic or video design/editing tools (Canva , Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment and learn .
