Job Description

We have an established content strategy, a clear brand voice, and a weekly social media calendar already in place. What we need is a skilled producer to bring it to life visually, consistently, and beautifully.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is an execution role, not a strategy role. You will work from our content calendar and written briefs to produce:

  • Instagram Reels (short-form video, 15–45 seconds)
  • Instagram Carousels (multi-slide educational or inspirational content)
  • Instagram Stories
  • Facebook posts (adapted from Instagram content)
  • Quote tiles and branded graphics in Canva
  • Sunday mood board / founder's POV posts (Italy, inspiration, interiors)
  • Consistent, curated Instagram feed aesthetic

Our Weekly Posting Schedule

  • Tuesdays: FB/IG post supporting founder's personal LinkedIn article
  • Wednesdays: Designer Retreats-focused content for Company page
  • Fridays: Reel or Carousel supporting the week's article theme
  • Sundays at 7:00 PM: founder's POV Italy, memory, inspiration, mood boards

You Are the Right Fit If You...

  • Have a strong aesthetic eye, you understand what luxury, editorial, and sophisticated look like on Instagram
  • Are fluent in Canva (Pro) and CapCut or a comparable Reel editing tool
  • Have experience producing content for design, lifestyle, travel, or interiors brands
  • Can work from written briefs and existing copy without needing hand-holding
  • Are detail-oriented and reliable, consistent scheduling matters to us
  • Have experience maintaining a cohesive Instagram grid / visual identity
  • Can communicate clearly and professionally (we will have a brief weekly check-in)

What Is NOT Part of This Role:

Community management, responding to comments, DMs, and follower interactions, is handled directly by the founder. Your role is content production and scheduling only. You will not be expected to engage with our audience on our behalf.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with Later, Planoly, or a similar scheduling platform
  • Experience with interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle brands
  • Knowledge of hashtag strategy for the design niche

Scope & Budget

  • Part-time ongoing engagement: approximately 6–8 hours per week
  • Budget: $15–$30/hour depending on portfolio and experience
  • Open to discussing a flat monthly retainer for the right candidate
  • We are looking for a long-term working relationship, not a one-time project
