Position: Social Media Manager + Executive Assistant (Full-Time) Hours: 30+ per week Pay: $250–$500/month+ Company: Mindset6.com Mindset6 helps women overcome corporate burnout through guided meditation and personalized online programs. We’re hiring a creative, organized Social Media Manager + Executive Assistant to grow the brand across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and bolthires. Responsibilities: • Create and manage content across all social platforms • Use AI tools for editing, repurposing, and scheduling • Assist with building a simple newsletter + grow the subscriber list • Design flyers, posters, and social graphics in Canva • Support video planning, hooks, scripts, and content structure • Organize the content library + assist the CEO with daily tasks • Attract clients through organic growth (content strategy, storytelling, platform engagement, nurturing leads through consistent social presence) Tools You’ll Use: • Canva * CapCut / Descript / AI video editors • Notion or bolthires Workspace • Social schedulers (Postbridge) • ChatGPT + other paid AI tools (provided as needed)
