Lunar Lifts Nutrition is a clean-ingredient protein boba tea brand redefining functional nutrition with Asian-inspired flavors and a strong founder-led identity. We’re a young, fast-growing startup looking for a Content Creation Intern to support our Social & Content Lead in bringing our brand to life across digital and in-person channels!
This role is ideal for someone who understands brand strategy and world-building, not just makes cute videos. Ideally someone who is chronically online, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and understands why certain content performs and converts.
Hybrid role - Dallas–Fort Worth area (in-person as needed with our Content Lead)

What You’ll Do
- Content Creation & Execution
- Assist our Social & Content Lead with creating content for:
- TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories, static posts)
- TikTok Lives
- Paid ad creatives (video + static)
- Marketing materials for in-person events, demos, expos, and pop-ups
- Help film, edit, and format short-form video content optimized for performance
- Support content creation during in-person events/shoots
- Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic aligned with our brand identity
- Creative & Marketing Support
- Contribute content ideas based on trends, campaigns, and launches
- Assist with creative concepts for ads, promotions, and community moments
- Help adapt content across platforms while understanding platform-specific best practices
- Organize and prep assets for social, ads, and marketing use
Who You Are
- Must-Haves
- Understanding of key marketing and advertising principles
- Strong visual eye and understanding of aesthetics
- Active on TikTok and Instagram - you understand trends, pacing, hooks, and formats
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and similar design tools
- Comfortable on camera and filming on an iPhone
- Eager to work in fast-moving environments
- Organized, reliable, and able to take direction while also contributing ideas
- Interest in marketing, branding, social media, or CPG/startups
- Nice-to-Haves
- Photography skills
- Experience creating or assisting with ad creatives
- Interest in fitness, wellness, food, or creator-led brands
