Multiply is an earned-first creative agency working with leading beverage and food CPG brands. We’re looking for a mid-level Social Strategist with 2–4 years of agency experience who can confidently execute across content, paid social, analytics, and community management. This is not an entry-level role. You should have: • 2–4 years of agency social media experience • Some experience with well known brands is expected • Hands-on experience across social content, paid social, analytics, and community management • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Strong platform knowledge (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, bolthires, Facebook) • Comfort working in tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, AI tools, and native analytics • Clear, confident writing and attention to detail • NYC metro area location (required) You’ll do: • Ideate and help create content • Execute social strategy and manage content calendars • Publish and optimize content across platforms • Manage community engagement and sentiment • Support paid social execution and performance tracking • Pull insights and contribute to client reporting • Collaborate with creative, PR, and strategy teams Nice to have: • CPG, food, or beverage experience • Influencer or creator coordination • Earned-first or PR-integrated social experience What this is not: • Not an internship • Not a first social role • Not content-only • Benefits include: 100% paid health insurance, unlimited PTO, weekly wellness hours, 401(k), quarterly retreats, and a full company shutdown Dec.
