We develop SaaS platforms that enable seamless collaboration between pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and their global manufacturing partners. Our mission is to transform life sciences external manufacturing through scalable, secure, and innovative digital products. Role Overview We are seeking a Software Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade systems. This is a hands-on engineering role within our product team, where you will contribute to the design, development, and scaling of SaaS applications used by global life sciences enterprises. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in one or more areas such as NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, relational databases, or cloud technologies. We encourage applications from engineers who are strong in any of these domains and willing to learn and expand their skill set. Candidates should also be comfortable using AI-powered programming tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar assistants) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain features in Collabrix’s SaaS product suite using technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, relational databases, and cloud platforms. Apply AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity, code quality, and testing. Contribute to building enterprise-grade systems with high performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn requirements into working software. Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and testing cycles. Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. Document technical designs and maintain knowledge-sharing practices. Requirements Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of professional experience in software engineering. Strong hands-on skills in one or more of the following: - Backend: NodeJS, Java - Frontend: ReactJS - Databases: Relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle - Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience in deploying and supporting enterprise-grade systems. Familiarity with AI-based programming assistants (Claude, Copilot, etc.) and openness to using them in day-to-day work. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and scalable system design. Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from reputed institutes. Work Schedule To support our global customers with agility and excellence, we follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks. Employees are expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month.
