The Software Engineer I - Implementations role focuses on leading the technical onboarding of new customers, building integrations and tools to streamline implementations, and diagnosing issues to improve the launch process. Responsibilities Lead the technical onboarding and launch of new Narmi customers Build integrations, internal tools, and automation that streamline implementations Reduce manual configuration and improve the systems behind customer launches Diagnose issues and ship targeted fixes and improvements in production Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementations, Product, and Engineering Identify opportunities to apply AI and custom tooling across the company Skills A builder mindset: Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn Strong professional communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams BS in Computer Science or similar technical background 1+ year of professional experience in software engineering or a technical role Based in New York City or willing to relocate Authorized to work in the United States Benefits Equity option grant Performance-based cash and equity bonuses Full benefits package Company Overview Narmi is a provider of mobile, online, and digital account banking to regional and community financial institutions.
