We are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our Implementation Team (Remote). As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating customer needs and developing software configurations that support business processes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, leading to customer success and growth opportunities. The Implementation Specialist works closely with our customers alongside Sales, Support, and Management teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.

- Essential Functions:
- Gathering business requirements and needs to establish a solid foundation of customization to meet goals and objectives.
- Educating customers on how to use purchased software and system features effectively.
- Creating a project plan for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely configuration of customized software systems.
- Communicating with customers throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Communicating with customers via phone or email to guide them through any questions.
- Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
