This position requires and active Secret Clearance and an IAT LvII Certification (ie, Sec+) Target salary is $125-135k. β’ ********** SAIC is seeking a qualified Software Test Engineer for a FULLY REMOTE supporting our AFMS (Air Force Modeling & Simulation) program. JOB DESCRIPTION: β’ Emphasis on knowledge of UI testing and test automation tools, including Playwrite. β’ Work within an Agile Team to plan and develop automated test scripts to support the integration testing requirements of the teams you support. β’ Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated scripts using the program's tools and frameworks to validate the integration and functional requirements of the system. β’ Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing. β’ Experience in an agile testing environment including Test-Driven Development (TDD). β’ Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. β’ Experience developing automated test scripts using Java or other programming languages. β’ Develop and automate tests for software validation. β’ Hands on with SQL Server/MySQL/MongoDB. β’ Detect bug issues. Prepare file defect reports and report test progress. β’ Experience with AWS Cloud Platform. β’ Develop and create test cases and/or test cards. β’ Create artifacts of test results and clear documentation of all executed test plans. β’ Work closely with software developers and software quality analysts to resolve issues. β’ Experience working as part of a team, ideally using Agile methodologies. QUALIFICATIONS: β’ At the time of hire, possess DoD 8570 certification in IAT Level II certification or above (CompTIA Security+ CE, CASP+CE, CISSP, etc.). β’ Must be US Citizen and currently possess a Secret Clearance. β’ Agile / Scrum experience. β’ Bachelor's and nine (9) or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree. β’ Familiarity with testing tools. β’ Knowledge of diagramming software. β’ Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures. β’ High-level technical writing skills.
