- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the full pre-sales and onboarding lifecycle
- Lead PoCs, architectural workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures
- Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, reference architectures, and technical how-to guides in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers
- Help customers optimize ML pipeline performance, throughput, and scalability for efficient utilization of cloud resources
- Act as a cross-functional technical expert, bridging product, technical support, and marketing teams around customer needs
- Represent the company at external events including hackathons, conferences, and webinars
- Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, Systems/Network Engineer, Developer, or similar technical role focused on cloud computing
- Strong hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform/Ansible preferred), Kubernetes, and Python
- Solid understanding of GPU computing for ML training and inference workloads, including the GPU software stack (drivers, CUDA, OpenCL, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business audiences
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
- Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow)
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with the cloud ML tools landscape from industry leaders (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Google)
