Title - Solutions Security Analyst (MADJV)
Location- Remote candidates must sit in CST or EST
Duration Contract
This individual will work closely with senior security architects and stakeholders to help establish a repeatable MADJV security capability.
Required Skills:
MUST have experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, or Joint Ventures (MADJV) from an IT security integration perspective
Ability to define security control baselines for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios including Day 1 and transition states
Ability to translate complex technical security controls into business-friendly guidance and training
Experience developing playbooks, implementation standards, and executive-level documentation
Key Deliverables:
Define MADJV security control baselines aligned with the Cargill Control Framework
Document end-to-end MADJV security processes, including roles, responsibilities, and decision points
Integrate MADJV security requirements into Launch Secure workflows and artifacts
Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for BISOs and key stakeholders
Help formalize MADJV as a repeatable security service
