- Responsibilities
- Lead private and small group Spanish classes using a communicative approach.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Adapt lessons spontaneously to meet the needs of students.
- Teach a variety of classes and courses, both in-person and online.
- Facilitate a process for students to connect with the language on a deeper level.
- Work with adults in small group and private learning settings.
- Requirements
- Strong command of Spanish in terms of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Experience in language training is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Ability to build confidence in adult learners and guide them towards achieving their goals.
- Dedication to teaching with minimal reliance on translation.
