An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in elementary case management, with services to be provided via telehealth. This contract position involves managing cases for students requiring special education support through virtual platforms. The role supports individualized educational plans and ensures compliance with relevant regulations.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for elementary students
- Coordinating communication among educators, families, and service providers
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Providing telehealth services to deliver instruction and support remotely
- Documenting case management activities and maintaining accurate records
- Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Certification in Special Education or related field
- Previous experience as a case manager in an educational setting

- Ability to effectively deliver services via virtual platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
