- How You'll Make An Impact
- Incumbent is responsible for maintaining and coordinating the distribution of contracts to clients.
- Drafts, manages, performs simple negotiations, and tracks contract process through execution.
- Prepares amendments or extensions to existing contracts.
- Reviews contract changes received from clients and route to the correct attorney for review.
- If changes are minor, approve/reject changes and coordinate contract signature with CFO or other party.
- Works with insurance carriers to troubleshoot contract issues.
- Administrator will be the initial point of contact to all carriers and clients we serve as it relates to contracts issues.
- Assists with special projects and suggest ideas for improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
- Electronically files documents in department's Document Management System and assists with the conversion of paper files to electronic files.
- Assists with requests for documentation/information from Sales, Account Management and other internal employees in the field.
- Works with finance to ensure that financial information contained in contracts are valid and accurate.
- Performs complex tasks and maintain numerous deadlines.
- This role may potentially develop over time and expand into other legal functions.
About You
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year relevant experience required.
- Behaviors:
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be organized and have the ability to meet or exceed corporate expectations.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage tasks from beginning to completion.
- Must have experience using Word 2007 or above, Excel 2007, or higher, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Must be able to maintain file folders within Microsoft Office, and perform somewhat complex tasks in as it relates to scanning, saving, executing, and moving files within other programs.
