Job Description

About the Role: We’re a growing sports analytics and content brand looking for reliable, detail-oriented assistants to help distribute daily sports content across multiple social media accounts. This is a straightforward, repeatable role with flexible hours that can be done entirely from your phone or laptop. You’ll be joining a small but fast-moving team during an exciting growth phase. If you’re a sports fan who understands betting markets and wants to get paid to stay close to the action, this is a legitimate opportunity.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing: Each day you’ll receive a content package from our team. Your job is to post that content across your assigned social accounts on schedule, with slight natural variation in timing and wording so each account feels organic and individual. You’ll also add light engagement posts from provided templates — short sports takes, reactions, game opinions — to keep accounts active and human feeling. Nothing here requires you to create original content from scratch. You’re executing a proven system. Attention to detail and daily consistency matter far more than creativity in this role.

Daily Responsibilities: Posting provided content across 10-15 assigned social accounts each day according to a staggered schedule. Light personalization of template posts so each account feels distinct. Monitoring assigned accounts for engagement and flagging anything notable to the team lead. Logging daily completion in a shared tracking sheet so the full team stays coordinated. This takes approximately 1-2 hours per day depending on account load and fits easily around other work or school schedules.

Requirements: FanDuel account is mandatory and non-negotiable. You must have an active, fully verified FanDuel account in good standing that you use regularly. You will be placing real parlay combinations daily as part of this role. This is central to the job — if you do not have an active FanDuel account or are not comfortable placing parlay bets as directed, please do not apply. We are not able to make exceptions on this requirement. Genuine fluency with sports betting markets — specifically how parlays work, how player props are structured, and how to read and interpret odds. You don’t need to be a professional bettor but you need to understand the space the way someone who actually uses it does. Casual familiarity is not enough. Access to or willingness to acquire established Twitter/X accounts. We will provide guidance on sourcing accounts as part of your onboarding. This is a handled process — you will not be figuring this out alone. What matters is that you’re comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously and understand why account history and authenticity matters in this space. Smartphone or laptop with reliable daily internet access. Ability to post consistently every single day including weekends during active sports seasons — reliability here is the most important quality we’re hiring for. Real sports knowledge across at least one or two major sports. You’ll be posting in communities where the audience is knowledgeable and engaged. Content needs to feel authentic because it is authentic — we want people who actually follow sports and have real opinions.

Nice to Have: Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with Google Drive and shared docs for daily coordination. Background in sports content, fantasy sports, DFS, or betting communities. Any experience with sports analytics or prop research is a genuine plus.

Compensation: $300-400 per month depending on account load and consistency. Paid weekly without exception. Strong performers will have opportunities to take on additional accounts and grow their earnings meaningfully. There is also a performance upside component we’ll discuss in detail with candidates who reach the interview stage — this includes potential affiliate revenue that compounds over time as the brand grows. This is intended as a long term role. We’re building infrastructure across multiple sports seasons and are looking specifically for people who want to grow with the operation rather than treat it as a one-time gig.

How to Apply: Send a short direct message covering three things. Your sports background and which betting markets you follow most closely. Confirmation that you have an active verified FanDuel account you use regularly. Your comfort level managing multiple social accounts and any relevant experience doing so. No long cover letters. No pitches. Just be direct about your experience, your FanDuel situation, and your availability. We move fast and will respond quickly to candidates who are a clear fit
