Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Startup Advisor to guide our strategic direction, product development, and market positioning. As an advisor, you will work closely with the founding team to help shape the growth trajectory of Sportthon, leveraging your expertise in the sports ecosystem, technology, or startup building. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic advice on business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. Share industry insights, trends, and best practices relevant to sports technology and AI adoption. Advise on product roadmap, user engagement, and platform differentiation. Facilitate connections with key stakeholders: sports organizations, federations, investors, or potential customers. Support fundraising efforts with pitch feedback or investor introductions. Participate in key team meetings or strategy sessions (monthly or as needed). Offer mentorship to the core team on navigating sports business challenges. Qualifications: Proven experience in the sports industry, sports tech, or startup advisory/leadership roles. Strong understanding of team management, coaching workflows, or athlete development processes. Passion for AI, innovation, and building solutions that make a meaningful impact in sports. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and networking abilities. Prior experience advising or scaling early-stage startups is a plus.
