Project: Build AdaptiveCommand.com on Squarespace
I'm the founder of AdaptiveCommand, a premium coaching and decision-making framework for high-functioning professional men. I need a Squarespace developer to build a clean, professional, branded site from an existing HTML design reference file.
What I will provide (you are not creating these from scratch):
HTML design file with complete brand identity (dark/near-black background #0A0A0A, amber gold #C8953C accents, Bebas Neue headings, IBM Plex Sans body text)
All page copy and product descriptions
Stripe account and product payment links (already set up)
AI chatbot embed code (JavaScript snippet/iframe from AINIRO.io)
JSON-LD schema markup code (Person and Product schema, pre-written)
llms.txt file content
Domain is registered and will be pointed to Squarespace
Pages needed (5-6 total):
Home — Brand introduction, value proposition, clear pathways to products, and access to AI chatbot widget
Command Installation Protocol (CIP) — Product page with description and Stripe checkout ($997)
Identity Architecture Protocol (IAP) — Product page with description and Stripe checkout ($297)
Calibration Call — Booking/purchase page with Stripe checkout ($197)
About / Philosophy — Founder background, credentials, and origin story (content provided)
AI Companion — Dedicated page for embedded AI chatbot widget (the link concierge physicians share with patients)
Technical requirements:
Embed a third-party AI chatbot widget (JavaScript snippet or iframe from AINIRO.io)
Stripe checkout button or embedded checkout integration for three products
Custom code injection blocks for JSON-LD schema markup
Configure robots.txt to allow AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot)
Host an llms.txt file (content provided) for AI search engine optimization
Clean semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and meta descriptions
Fully responsive design (desktop and mobile)
I must be able to edit text content myself (product descriptions, pricing, page copy) without developer assistance after handoff
Future capacity to embed a second interactive tool (a short web-based assessment) on the site
Brand and aesthetic direction:
The overall aesthetic is masculine, premium, and minimal. Think command center, not wellness brand. Dark backgrounds, amber gold accents, clean type. Do not use stock photography of handshakes, boardrooms, smiling faces, nature scenes, or anything associated with therapy or wellness websites. The HTML design file is the definitive visual reference and is non-negotiable.
What this project is NOT:
Not a wellness, therapy, or health site
Not a blog-driven content site (no blog setup needed at launch)
Not a full e-commerce store (just Stripe checkout buttons/links for three products)
Not an ongoing maintenance retainer (I need a clean build-and-handoff)
How I work:
I'm organized, responsive, and will provide content and feedback promptly. I have a detailed project brief document (Word doc) that I'll share with selected candidates. I don't need hand-holding on content — I need technical execution on the Squarespace build, embeds, and custom code.
Timeline: 3-4 weeks from project start.
To be considered, please include in your proposal:
A link to at least one Squarespace site you've built where a third-party widget is embedded (chatbot, booking tool, payment form, or similar)
Your experience with custom code injection in Squarespace (schema markup, custom scripts, robots.txt modifications)
Your estimated timeline
How you handle revisions
Confirmation that you'll provide a brief walkthrough/training so I can manage text updates independently after handoff
