Qualifications for all SWA Positions• 10+ years of US based experience (target 15+ years of experience over all)• 10 out of 10 communication skills• Have an active Linked-In profile (that was not recently created)• No “staff level” developers, needs to have been the go-to person on their previous teams . My client is looking for the very top end of talent!• Able to travel to the Southwest office in Dallas up to 6 times per year (expenses paid by SWA)• No west coast candidates• Excellent tenure (candidates that have only 1 year or less in their roles are not a match)• Must be a “doer”. Many candidates with the amount of experience are no longer full time technical.
