Position: Sr. Communications Specialist Location:

Remote (Candidates must reside in one of the following approved states: Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.) Preferred Location: Minnesota candidates highly preferred. Work Hours: Central Time Zone | 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Communications Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications (not marketing).

The ideal candidate should come from a large organization with a diverse, multi-location structure and be comfortable supporting healthcare providers. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred) • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, human resources, or similar fields. • Strong experience working in organizations with 10,000+ employees and multiple locations. • Previous healthcare communications experience is a plus.

• Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills. • Experience in both internal and external communications. • Ability to provide communication consultation to senior leadership. • Must have experience developing communication plans, writing/producing content, managing online content, and supporting employee and physician engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic internal and external communication plans. • Consult and collaborate with senior leaders, workgroups, and cross-functional teams.

• Create impactful communication materials (written, digital, and video). • Support high-risk, high-value projects and growth initiatives. • Monitor and track communication effectiveness using defined metrics. • Ensure communication initiatives align with organizational strategies. • Manage communication budgets and track expenses.
