Job title: Sr. Data Analyst Duration: 3/31/2026 with potential extension 100% Remote Project: Expanding data on their applications at Prime - need assistance in the data management of the Enterprise Architecture. High-Level Individual Duties: • Data Analyst focused on IT - need an understanding of enterprise IT concepts like applications, cost, etc. • Collecting, importing and exporting data from ServiceNow will be a large part of this role • Not extremely technical, mostly will be working in ServiceNow, Excel, and some reporting platforms Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): • ServiceNow - data management tool that they will be using is within SN, specifically in SNEA module (ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, used to be called Strategic Portfolio Management) • Proficiency in Excel • Reporting Platforms - PowerBI preferred, but open to others • ServiceNow has reporting platforms as well What Will Win (formerly known as Nice-to-Haves ): • MS Access • SQL - may eventually • Enterprise Architecture understanding/experience • Healthcare/PBM experience Soft Skill Requirements • Interactive, will be working with lots of different groups of people (Enterprise Architects, Application Development Teams) • Self starter - in addition to doing what they are told, someone who is more proactive in areas for improvement Apply tot his job
