The successful candidate will oversee vital environmental projects, ensuring compliance and quality in coordination with various stakeholders, including federal and local agencies. This role entails managing field surveys, environmental permitting, and preparing essential project documentation. As a key player in a highly engaged and efficient team, you will influence business development while fostering a positive work culture. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring project success and client satisfaction, all while working remotely with occasional travel for fieldwork and training opportunities.
- Accountabilities
- Oversee environmental project management and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams for field surveys and environmental permitting.
- Prepare and review necessary project reports and materials.
- Manage client engagement and support business development initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise professional and administrative staff.
- Ensure timely project scheduling and budgeting.
- Conduct evaluations and develop documentation for NEPA and compliance projects.
- Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Master's degree in environmental services or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental or natural resource management.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience supervising professionals.
- Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
- ISO 14001 Auditor Certified.
- Active Certified Asbestos Inspector.
